My favourite thing about working at ERINA kindergarten is interacting with our students & teaching, caring & building strong foundations. Hi there, I’m Elle! I have over 14 years of experience in the Early Childhood Industry, and I’m passionate about creating a love of learning in children. I hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology, which have equipped me with the knowledge and expertise to create a learning environment that encourages independent exploration.

As the Educational Leader, I’m on a mission to provide a high-quality and engaging program for children and their families.

Building strong relationships with both is a top priority for me. I absolutely love nature and reading, and I find that these passions spark my creativity and allow me to create a stimulating learning environment that fosters growth and development in every child.

Miss Eva has a diploma in children’s services and works as part of our mentoring management team 4 days to assist our new employees in the induction process & to offer mentoring assistance to our trainees as well as our trained educators.

Hi there, I’m Nichol! I’ve dedicated the past 18 years of my life to being an early childhood educator, and I couldn’t be more passionate about it. I hold a Bachelor of Teaching degree, which has allowed me to deepen my understanding of this field.

Throughout my career, I’ve always held a strong belief in the power of play and the value of building relationships with both children and their environments.

For me, play is not just a simple activity; it’s a continuous learning process where individuals have the freedom to explore and make their own discoveries.

My approach to early childhood education is centred around the belief that children are capable and independent learners. This belief aligns perfectly with the philosophy of Erina Kindergarten, where I’m proud to be a part of the team. In my role, I find fulfillment in supporting, enriching, and guiding the lives of young children alongside the other educators. It’s a significant responsibility that I take to heart and approach with utmost dedication.

Amanda is part of our Management Team, and our Educational and Compliance Mentor at Erina Kindergarten. Amanda has had 30 years of experience in the Early Childhood sector, as an Early Childhood Teacher, Centre Director, Managing Director and Approved Provider of numerous services in both NSW and QLD.

Amanda’s qualifications include amongst others include a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), Diploma of Early Education and Care, Diploma of Educational Psychology, Certificate IV Training and Assessment, Diploma of Accounting and Diploma of Human Resource Management. Amanda is particularly passionate about quality care and education, respecting children’s individuality and voice, and especially their wellbeing, health and safety.

Miss Alex is our full time accounts/administration officer at Erina Kindergarten.

Miss Analyn works full time in our main kitchen and has been with Erina kindergarten since 2015. Miss Analyn is our nominated food supervisor at Erina kindergarten.

Miss Jo is a qualified Diploma educator at Erina kindergarten. Miss Jo assist our team within our kitchens and supports our teams within each of our rooms with general organisation and cleaning.

Miss Kristy is part of our kitchen and cleaning team at Erina Kindergarten. Miss Kristy works 4 days per week at Erina Kindergarten in our kitchens. Kristy is currently doing a commercial cookery course.

Mr chris is our qualified maintenance officer at Erina kindergarten. Mr Chris works at the centre 5 days per week to maintain our facilities & grounds to exceptional standards.

Tracee is part of our cleaning team at Erina kindergarten. Tracee works part-time.

Miss Josefa is a qualified Early childhood teacher. Miss Josefa works permanent part time basis at Erina kindergarten.

Miss Penny is a full-time early childhood teacher at Erina kindergarten. Miss Penny has a graduate diploma in Early childhood.

Miss Rebecca is a full time diploma trained educator who is currently completing her early childhood teaching degree. Miss Rebecca is part of our team leader team at Erina kindergarten.

Miss Teya is a cert 3 trained childcare worker at Erina kindergarten. Teya has completed her traineeship at Erina Kindergarten and is currently completing her diploma in children’s services. Teya is at Erina kindergarten 5 days per week. Miss Teya has been with Erina kindergarten since 2019.
