Dear Erina kindergarten management,

We want to take this moment to thank you, and ask that you pass our compliments onto the staff.

Erina Kindergarten has played such an integral part in our boys development.

The relationships that the boys formed with the educators, shows such an outstanding level of commitment to education and quality of hiring. There is such a huge difference between just supervising (shown at other centres), compared to engaging with the children, and showing them that their voices matter. It really does improve their confidence and social skills.

The support staff have been so incredibly helpful through the challenges that we have faced this year, nothing has been to much of an issue for them. Knowing that you could call with ease and no judgement, being an anxious parent, or simply need to change days, was a huge comfort.

During Covid, the way that Kel and the team navigated all of the changes and kept the parents informed was outstanding.

A lot can be said that during our 14 day ‘iso holiday’, no other children were infected with the virus. This was all down the your commitment to health and thinking outside the box.

More than anything, I want to ensure you that we will continue to be strong advocates for Erina Kindergarten and always recommend your centre as the first choice on the Central Coast.

We will miss all of you, and wish you all the best over the Christmas break and new year.
