Hi Mel and Veronica

Just a note to rave about the Gumnuts room. When Austin started in Gumnuts 18 months ago there was a lot of change. Po Wee was amazing when she took over but I specifically want to call out the leadership, consistency, care and fun Lana has brought to the room.

Since she started, Lana has united the room and made it something our boys LOVE every single day. I can see her nurturing her team’s individuality, for example Sheila’s group time activities in the morning. And she has a special bond with each of the kids.

Lana is fun, personable and organised. When talking with other parents, Lana’s name always comes up in such a positive and valued way. The Windle family are so very grateful for her and the entire team in Gumnuts.

PS. We also appreciate Kelly making sure Mason went into Gumnuts when Austin and he moved up. The consistency has been invaluable to our family.
