All of the educators are so standout to me. Zoë had additional goals and needs and I see the true effort (and time) that these girls make to help her learn and develop. I also see them as being extra “intuitive” when it comes to Zoe, which is not standard in my view – Zoe is not verbal so it’s not as easy yet I can see that they have taken the time to get to know her and really have learned a lot about her from observing and engaging with her.
