Hi there, I’m Elle! I have over 14 years of experience in the Early Childhood Industry, and I’m passionate about creating a love of learning in children. I hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology, which have equipped me with the knowledge and expertise to create a learning environment that encourages independent exploration.

As the Educational Leader, I’m on a mission to provide a high-quality and engaging program for children and their families.

Building strong relationships with both is a top priority for me. I absolutely love nature and reading, and I find that these passions spark my creativity and allow me to create a stimulating learning environment that fosters growth and development in every child.

Miss Eva has a diploma in children’s services and works as part of our mentoring management team 4 days to assist our new employees in the induction process & to offer mentoring assistance to our trainees as well as our trained educators.

Hi there, I’m Nichol! I’ve dedicated the past 18 years of my life to being an early childhood educator, and I couldn’t be more passionate about it. I hold a Bachelor of Teaching degree, which has allowed me to deepen my understanding of this field.

Throughout my career, I’ve always held a strong belief in the power of play and the value of building relationships with both children and their environments.

For me, play is not just a simple activity; it’s a continuous learning process where individuals have the freedom to explore and make their own discoveries.

My approach to early childhood education is centred around the belief that children are capable and independent learners. This belief aligns perfectly with the philosophy of Erina Kindergarten, where I’m proud to be a part of the team. In my role, I find fulfillment in supporting, enriching, and guiding the lives of young children alongside the other educators. It’s a significant responsibility that I take to heart and approach with utmost dedication.

Miss Teya started with Erina kindergarten as a trainee and has undertaken her training as a diploma educator with Erina kindergarten. Miss Teya assists our management team in providing a high quality and engaging program for children & their families that attend erina kindergarten.

Maria is employed as a full time administrative officer working 5 days, Monday to Friday. Maria comes from a background in administration and family support within the school system. Maria herself has two children and enjoys exploring the coast in particular the local restaurants.
