Hi,

I would just like to acknowledge Miss Jess and the staff in the snugglepots room for the extra care they have been taking of my daughter Emilie over the last couple of months. Em was struggling to settle back into kindy after we came back from a few months away on holidays.

After discussing my concerns with a number of the staff, Miss Jess took it upon herself to upload additional photos / stories of Em on storypark each time she attended to help us see what Em was up to. This seemingly small gesture went a long way in stimulating conversation at home and helped us to encourage the aspects of play she enjoys most at school. The staff have also been helping Em in fostering new friendships since her little friend Ella moved up to the Gumnuts room.

It is nice to know that our kids have been well looked after through your centre. It is also refreshing to see that parental concerns are taken seriously – no matter how trivial they may appear to be. The extra effort taken with Emilie has made a significant difference to her life and she is much happier in herself.
